Aussie Jingle Bells in a rusty Holden ute

Aussie Jingle Bells

Media_httpsandnsurfwordpresscomfiles200812img6652jpg_kojhdeywdwewjgu

Dashing through the bush
In a rusty Holden Ute
Kicking up the dust
Esky in the boot
Kelpie by my side
Singing Christmas songs
It’s summer time and I am in
My singlet, shorts & thongs

Chorus:
Oh Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells
Jingle all the way
Christmas in Australia
On a scorching summers day
Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells
Christmas time is beut
Oh what fun it is to ride in a
rusty Holden ute

Engine’s getting hot
Dodge the kangaroos
Swaggy climbs aboard
He is welcome too
All the family is there
Sitting by the pool
Christmas day, the Aussie way
By the barbecue!

Chorus

Come the afternoon
Grandpa has a doze
The kids and Uncle Bruce
Are swimming in their clothes
The time comes round to go
We take a family snap
Then pack the car and all shoot through
Before the washing up

Chorus

Essential Checklist for Santa’s little helpers

With the imminent arrival of ‘the big man’ there is much to do.

To avoid potential confusion; prevent inappropriate gift distribution and to promote accuracy of ‘naughty/nice’ designation – Mr S Claus has designed a handy form for children everywhere to complete.

In an age when reducing our carbon footprint has become paramount, the number of appropriate access points has fallen to an all time low. It is therefore imperative that the ‘Santa visit application form’   is completed in full and returned to the North Pole Office before the 24th December.

Accurate completion of the form will refine ‘access points’ and ‘gift placement’ options. This will help create a more streamlined distribution service in keeping with the current downsizing strategies of Grotto Inc.

On behalf of the North Pole Distribution service, Grotto Inc and Mr S Claus I thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter.
